I think u are taking the reader in a slightly different direction. I think the goal shouldn’t be just enjoying the process of reaching goals or enjoying the little moments of joy even if on a way to a weary workplace. The goal should be stopping for a moment and don’t even plan anything… just giving rest to mind, body and soul. After it, the goal should be understanding where we rush, why we rush. The goal should be who pushes us to rush and for what purpose? Why is the system placing us in non-comfortable 8 hours workday as a result of which we have to rush all the time? Or why we should rush to consume stuff, we might not even need. The goal should be understanding what are our alternatives.
